Suggest Treatment For Pain In Left Front Part Of Brain

Hi, ever since I fell backwards down a set of stairs and banged my head on the corner of a table I keep getting excruciating pain in the left front part of my brain. I have never suffered migranes but the pain is excruciating! It happens regularly and I seem to be living on asprin too much now, I went to a and e around 1 week after it happened and they gave me a 5min examination and said it will probably be bruising and will subside after a month or so. However the problem is jus getting worsew? Please help.
