Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg And Numbness In Foot

I hurt my back by getting out of my car the wrong way i bent down to pick a bottle and it stared to hurt and down my leg my foot go numb on the top and toes my hip hurt to sometime to i had my back at the top 345 dish fix but that was 2002 don t hurt there but at the bottom of my back what do you thank i did to my back .have no money i on social securitys poor old boy hope you can help to see what to do

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to herniation of vertebra disk it is advisable to rule out this possibility and this might have happened due bad posture of bending, complete bed rest is the best option for this, hope this information helps, take care.
