Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg

In my lower leg, I have a localized pain that is sore and tender in the middle of my lower leg in between my shin and muscle. It gets really sore whenever i'm playing soccer, but it has also been keeping me up at night because the pain is still there when i'm trying to fall asleep. Even walking up and down stairs can be hard with the pain.
