Hello,

Since you are on Implanon and now are extremely uncomfortable with abdominal pain, diarrhea, irregular periods, aches, pain, nausea and constipation, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get CBC, urinalysis, Imaging tests done to detect the cause of your discomfort. Sometimes, side effects of Implanon can make you uncomfortable though rare but every individual is unique and can present with different symptoms.

If its not working to keep you healthy and fit to carry on daily schedules you may be recommended to remove it and take rest for a few days. There are other contraceptive devices that may suit you, discuss it with your gynecologist. You can take acetaminophen, one SOS when required for relief. Take antacids, PPIs for relief. if pain is severe you can take spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one SOS to ease out pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
