Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Abdomen And Lower Back

I'm having lower abdominal pain and lower back pains. I'm going through a bad depression and haven't ate for about 5 days, I haven't felt hungry and when I tried to eat it hurt so bad and I winded up having a panic attack until I passed out. I try to drink fluids a little here and there. Not much to completely hydrate myself. I've been having horrible anxiety and panic attacks to the point that I pass out. I get migraines daily and some days it'll be so bad that I lose vision in my left eye. I have diarrhea and sometimes small amounts of blood in my dark yellow urine. I'm not on my period. I recently went to a gynecologist no STDS.
