Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Abdomen And Nausea

39 yr old female 128lbs 5 5. Pain in lower right side, to my belly button , for weeks now thats getting worse, very nausiated, weak, hurts to walk, have to slow walk in a slight hunch over, hungry but i cant eat much at all, very bloated, alot of mucus w/a little blood after bowel movements. Swollen and tender, pain shoots down my front right leg at times, even when sitting, my dad has ulcerative colitis, do you think i could have that as well? Ive had stomach issues since my early 20 s but this is crazy horrible!

I really appreciate your concern, this could be hyperacidity and may be with some intestinal infection (Protozoa ) may be likely I would advise the following medicine if ever get the chance to treat such case
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks
2) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
