Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back After Injury

I got hit on my lower back and near my spine. It s very hard to sit down and stand up without throbbing pain, as well as difficulty breathing. In less than a few hours I noticed my urine to be a little orange and little blood on the toilet paper. Could someone please lead me into the right direction as to what may be wrong?
