General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Chronic lower back, knee & legs pain might be due to Degenerative disc or lumbar herniated disc disease, spinal deformities, Osteoarthritis etc.

I advice you to,
- take Analgesics & muscle relaxant twice daily with antacid
-complete bed rest
-Hot fomentation to the back twice  daily
- Avoid lifting heavy weights, bending or twisting your Back & sitting for long time
- Lumbar corset should be used all the day
- physiotherapy

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
