Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back And Pain While Walking

I m not sure if I have a pinched nerve or a kidney stone. When I stand up my lower back, left kidney very painful can t walk. When I sit down laydown the pain goes away. On Monday I was squatting 315 pounds. Train often. But it seems to be right on my kidney or in that area

Get an ultrasound Kidney Ureter Bladder done to see for stones.

If no stones, it may be due to disc herniation and pinched nerve. Then you need an MRI of spine especially lumbosacral region to see anomaly.
Apply Voltaren gel. Take plenty of fluids and take Cranberry Extract sachet or syrup 4times a day.
