Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back Area

I am a 44 yr old male. I have pain but it is lower back/hip area between the spine and hip, in a specific area. Starts when I stand too long or sometimes when I walk but not all the time. When the pain exists, when I get into the drivers seat in the car, I have to lift my left leg with my hands to get it into the car. It goes away when I am sitting.

Your complaints are indicative of a spine problem, probably a lumbar spine.
An MMI lower spine or an X ray is indicated and consultation to local orthopedician is advisable.
