Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back, Groin And Leg Due To Stenosis

I have stenosis and have difficulty walking uprgiht within an inclination to bend over; I also have pain in lower back that radiates to the groin and down the leg sometimes. are there exercises or procedures that can help the pain? i do not like to take heavy pain meds. Virginia

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain is the only concern then you can go for physiotherapy because exact nature of pain is matter of concern and it can only be seen by clinical examination, relaxation therapy can be tried for the detail you need to see the concern person hope this information helps.
