Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Back
Hello Doc/Baby or whoever; I have had a back pain for 6 weeks. My personal Rock Star Physician said, because of the location (lower right side of back, 3-4 inches to the right and just above my belt, he said you have pulled your back, I said what is that? Stay off it and it should pass. I prefer not to take drugs to hide the pain if possible (Because you have to see the Doctor for a refill and get a hard copy).

If you prefer not using any drugs then just give it rest, and apply a warm compress to the region to promote healing. Nothing else can be done if you don't want to take medications, it should heal soon.
