Suggest Treatment For Pain In Lower Sternum

I have a pain in my lower sternum and aso at distal end of lower ribe, making bra wearing uncomfortable. I have has oesophagitis and has ECG and stress exerfise test in last coule of years. The pain is felt when I touch certain spots on lower sternum and left ribs but is there a lot of the time and made worse by tight clothes.. Any suggestions??
