Suggest Treatment For Pain In My Vein

I've had pains that I've thought were pinched nerves for many years. Pain radiating down my arm etc. Lately I notice I have awful pain at the top front of my arm and I have almost no power to life my arm (btwn shoulder and elbow). Would ulnar nerve excersese be of any use. Age 53 / Weight 120lbs / height 5ft / Conditions: Rheumathoid arthritis/Sjogrens/Carpel Tunnel /etc
