Suggest Treatment For Pain In Neck And Shoulders

Around the start of June, I was bench pressing in the gym and felt a crack in my neck followed by blinding pain; in my neck, shoulders, across my back and head. I have been to chiropractors, osteopaths and to the GP who has put me on Dicloflex 50mg for inflammation, however I am still experiencing pain. It seems that everyday I am experiencing this pain with no view to an end and it is getting me down.

Can anyone advice me on what now to do?
