Suggest Treatment For Pain In Penis After Intercourse

I wonder if you can help me. I received oral sex off a sex worker but was 80% I had a condom on for most off the time. I remember it being quite rough. Well ever since I have had a swollen red meatus which is quite saw and not very nice to look at and have red spots on the head of the penis every now and then. This has been going on for over 3 months now. I have also had body tremors, muscle twitching, rash on my chest and arms, white tounge and blurred vision. I have had three blood test and urine tests which have all been negative. Please help me as i have seen countless of doctors and am getting absolutely no where and it is ruining my life.
