Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Me and my boyfriend were having some vigorous sex and at one point he pulled out too far, causing his penis to come out. Before realizing it was out, it tried to ram it back it but it hit my perineum, causing a stinging feeling. We continued thinking it was nothing (mistake) and I found out later I bled a heavily enough to leave a spot about the size of my fist where I was laying down, but I wasn t dripping in blood. I cleaned up and squatted over a mirror and noticed a slit in my perineam. It looks to be the skin only, I have no discomfort when I walk, cough, sneeze or anything. I have discomfort peeing and defecating... It looks like a thicker paper cut but it leads from the bottom of my vagina to almost the top of my anus... What should I do?
Hello. There is a possibility of perineal injury while you were having vigorous sex. If left untreated it may lead to infection and further complications. You can go to the gynecologist and take appropriate treatment which may include antibiotics, pain killers and vaginal cleaning if required. But do not neglect and seek gynec opinion soon. Also take care henceforth to prevent any injuries in future which may aggravate the problem. All the best
