Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ribs And Chest After An Injury

Hi there

i played rugby on saturday where i took a hit to the ribs and chest area.Ive been feeling pains more and more each day and today it has just got unbearable and i havent been able to sleep as when i lie on my front i get a sharp pain on my right side and if i lie on my back i get a massive sharp pain on the center and on the right of my chest. i am considering going to hospital but would like some advice or maybe even a small idea whats going on ?
