Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ribs And Lower Back

Hello, I have been having bouts of really severe pain in my right side ribs underneath them and on the side of them with severe pain in my low right side back. I was told i have a right kidney stone but that it cant cause any pain at all because it is not inside the tube leading down from my kidney. I Am having that pain can a kidney stone in the middle of my kidney cause all of this pain and swelling in right ribs and low back off and on like this even if it isnt blocking a tube?

Answer: Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Your symptoms might be due to Gallbladder stone. I suggest doing a upper abdominal ultrasound for confirm the diagnosis.

I advice you to,
- Drink plenty of hot water & take soft diet.
Tab omeprazole 20mg once daily.
Syrup lactulose 2tsp daily for 7days.
Tab. Paracetamol one three times a day.
