Suggest Treatment For Pain In Ribs

I hurt my ribs while trying to push a door open with my arm. There was a big snow drift blocking the door and it was not visable from inside. The pain was so intense that I almost fell to the ground. This happened. A couple of days ago. It hurts when I inhale and I can feel cracking.
