Suggest Treatment For Pain In Right Collarbone And Knee
hello , my name is Dean ... my left knee started hurting about 4 months ago .. i believe going back to work early ( 2 weeks ) after i broke my right collarbone on bike accident contributed ..anyhow , i ve had x-rays and an mri ..meniscus good ..acl good but was told i have a thinned out ligament ..i have good days and bad days but real bad this past week ...my knee is starting to lock up for lack of a better description ..the pain is on the inside part and the pain is darn close to #10 ...was disappointed my doctor only recommended some minor exercises ... do i need a shot ..another mri or please suggest ...thank you .
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the MRI does not revealed any abnormality then this is nothing to worry, here symptoms are main concern if the symptoms are not because of any internal defect or injury then it can be managed with some treatment, better go for physiotherapy try not to bend the knee joint beyond 90 degree, and this would be even much better than getting MRI second time, take care.
