Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shin And Ankles

hello there ! i have a problem on my left leg it`s the area just above the ankle towards the front of the leg just under the shin ! it`s becoming very painful to walk or when i do any movement with my foot! when i put my hand on the area it almost feels rusty and very tight ! any help on this would be great! ? as this has been going on for over a week now! many thanks!
