Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder After Treated Fracture

due to road accident my shoulder was fractured on 12-11-2009 and operated,the details are:Open reduction internal fixation with butress plate and Arthrotomy on 13--11-2009 under RA.i am feeling pain regularly and movement of hand is very low and my hand can not put on head and eraction of hand is 100 degree.the doctor who operated me yesterday told me for again operation because he said my Ball is not working and blood circulation is not proper so require replace Ball and may be fix artificial Ball then pain remove and improve the movement of hands ,age 48 years,sex is male
