Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder, Wrist And Hands

I have had shoulder pain (both Sides) for several weeks now, also pain in the wrist and hands. I believe it started after trying to do incline bench press with less weight but lowering the bar right down to the chest. I have gone to a doctor and although my blood work was elevated to 32 (not 40) the are prescribing predizone. I was thinking of seeing an acupuncturise and see if that might relieve the pain instead. thoughts?

Hello,

You may need to take antiinflammatory drugs such Advil or naproxen for pain and inflammation. I think you better visit a physiotherapist to help you regain the full movement of arm and shoulder.
