Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder
My daughter is 40 and started having very very soar and painful shoulder pain, along with Heaviness in her entire body. Also, at times she has felt low energy and somewhat faint. It started last winter and went away after giving up gluten and dairy but has since returned... Blood work showed iron normal. Lyme negative . Mono negative.

The pain in shoulder area suggestive of arthritis like etiology. I suggest you investigate with X-ray shoulder joint and CRP estimation for her as primary work up. According to cause specific treatment is to be done. Meanwhile, anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed.
