Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder

Okay so i play softball in college and my shoulder started hurting last week. It pops when i rotate it and hurts so bad. When i push or pull against my forearm it kills me. I have never had a shoulder injury before so I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas?
