Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulder,neck And Constant Headache

For the last week and a half I´ve had increasingly worsening shoulder and neck pain. The pain started at my shoulder and part of my neck on my left side which I automatically assumed to be me sleeping wrong. Now however the pain has moved down my back across my chest and down to my elbow and I now have a constant headache on the left side of my head starting at my temple and going to the back of my head. The pain has gotten so bad that my hands will start shaking and my face with get white as a sheet. I´ve tried taking Ibuprofen, Aleeve, Tylenol and nothing is working. I´m to the point where I´m taking 5 and 6 Ibuprofen tablets every 2 to 3 hours. Also with this I´ve had increased nausea, fever, and my stools have been black the last two days. I´ve tried sleeping with no pillow, doing different exercises, heating pads, icing it, and I´m getting no relief.
