Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shoulders,numbness And Anxiety

I have been to a doctor to let them know kinds of problems i am having and was sent home with 4 meds. I have an eating dissorder not from me making it but from me not having an appitate. My shoulders are hurting now and they go knumb. I have anxiety where as i start shaking and cant breathe. I am a female 35 years old and 4 beautiful children. promethazine cyproheptadine buspirone ranitidine citalopram. that is what i am on now.
