Suggest Treatment For Pain In Temple Region And Numbness In Fingers

I have two questions, first is that my pinky usually on myh left hand goes numb, it happens at random and i cant specifically explain when or what i was doing to cause this. Second is i get jabbing pains in my left tmeple followed by momentary dizzyness.
