Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicle

my son-n-law who is 25 just got hit in his left testicle by a baseball being thrown by a pitcher and about 75mph without a cup on. He immediately fell backwards and into a ball. He turned white as a sheet and said, "I'm going to vomit", he had dry heaves and then said, "i"m going to have diarrhea". He made his way into the house after rolling around on the ground for 10 min. We have ice on him. Anything else we should do or watch for?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history related to your 5 years old son-in-law having a hit on the testicle by the ball which made him faint, white, nauseous an felt like loose motions.
All these symptoms are called vaso-vagal syndrome and will settle with time.
But the most important thing to observe is the swelling of the testicles and further investigations.
I would advise you the following:
Take him to ER for clinical evaluation, examination and MRI study of the scrotum to see the extent of the trauma that will decide the further treatment.
