Suggest Treatment For Pain In Testicles

I am having pain on my right side testicle and after having color doppler it is diagnosed of vericocele measuring 2.15mm. I am advised to use strotal support but still I am feeling the pain. suggest me what to do? can I do physical exercise as most of time I am working in seating position

Hi.
Varicocele of 2.15 mm : difficult to say that will cause the pain. May be the size is more than this if investigated after straining.
Recheck the color doppler . If this is a symptomatic varicocele. surgery may be required to remove the extra veins and reattach to a higher level if the pain is to be controlled.
Scrotal support is a temporary relief only. but continue.
Yes, you can do physical exercises. Just see that the scrotum is well supported and do not go for the exercises which increase train on abdominal musculature
