Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Abdomen & Ovaries

Hello! My ovaries start hurting in 1-2 days after sex and getting worse going to the middle, so in 3-4 days I have strong abdominal pain, after 1-2 days it stops until next time. Could You please tell me what could be the problem, I suggest it is just a kind of inflammation, and how it can be treated? I am breastfeeding. Thank You
