Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Arm

Hi I had an accident in May and shattered my collarbone. I had surgery and now have a metal plate and 7 screws. My arm has been hurting pretty bad for the last couple of weeks, any idea why. I havent fell on it or lifted anything heavy. It hurts almost as bad as it did right after my surgery.
