My Dr. said I have Osteoarthritis. My arms are hurting, it feels like torn tendons when I try to move them. Sometimes worse than other times. It does not feel like it s in the joint but in the muscle area between the shoulder joint and elbow joint. Need some relief. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, arthritis condition can be maintain well with analgesic and other NSAID like Diclofenac, some time steroid can be tried but for that patient need to be qualified and it has to be taken under the medical care, some associated risk factor also need to be ruled out, like endocrine disorders, cardio-vascular disease hope this information helps.
