Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Buttocks

I have the following symptoms: deep sharp pain in left buttock while standing or stepping with my left leg-really painful deep ache at the same time throughout pelvis cavity, vagina, anus feel of need to evacuate bowels...some but not much outcome no bleeding present first started four days ago sitting down with good posture alleviates pain longer I stand symptoms return tightening buttock and pelvic muscles with straight tuck and suck posture allows some control of pain i had left hip pain previous to this due to some back issues...phys. therapy helped that have some hemorrhoids but have not had any problems had a very clean colonoscopy 2 years ago I am female, 68, caucasian Ht. 5 2 , 155# thoughts are: hernia?, twisted colon?, hmrds?, blowout of colon side? (pain is on left side) Please share your thoughts or questions. Thank you. sl

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the pain in buttocks sound to be possible

- atherosclerosis of the pelvic vasculature supplying part of lower colon, pelvic muscles and buttocks
- spinal cord nerve compression issue
- avascular necrosis of the femur head
- chronic arthritis of hip joints

After thorough clinical examination, I do recommend an
- ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis
- x-ray of the hip jont with pelvis, lower lumbar spine
- MRI of the hip joint
- oters
