Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Chest And Upper Part Of The Stomach

Hi there, I am having an issue with my stomach.. I often feel pain on left side of my chest, upper side of stomach or sometime in my left arm.. Sometime Pain comes out when I breath out or sometime when I breath in, and some time I it parish when I lay down on bed on my left side. Some times it continues irritating me and I fall in different type of thoughts, and got depressed. This normaly happens after taking meal Or sometimes when I have empty stomach. I also have some medical tests like Hpyilory, LFT, Euric Acid and chest X-ray.. Test shows every thing is good. ECG is also good, then where is there problem ? Please give me suggestion and guide me, thanx

I can understand your problem and situation.
By your history and description, possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more.
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this, the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms like central chest pain, upper stomach pain etc.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
Start Proton pump inhibitors. Go for walk after meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking if you have this habits.
