Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Chest Area

Work out was interrupted by sudden pain in my heart. Every beat felt like my heart was ripping itself off its arteries-out of my chest. The right side of my face went numb. What felt like forever lasted about 5-10.minutes. this has happened on two occasions. Both times it was the right side of my face that went numb. Can you tell me what s going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
you need an angiography to be done as soon as possible s these are sign of angina which needs to be diagnosed and treated as early as possible as for pain killers you do not need as such but you can take aspirin for now to suppress angina
