Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Chest

I am having chest pain in the middle of my chest and under both breast. My throat is also burning and my upper abdomen along with upper pain in the middle of my back I have been taking meds for acid reflux but nothing seems to help...my pain gets worse sometimes when I eat

hello, thanks for your query, acidity can be relieved with non spicy diet, avoid smoking , alcohol, fatty diet, do exercises, keep 3 hours interval between food and sleep, take small 6 meals instead of large 3.keep your head elevated in sleeping posture by supporting extra pillows. Take antacid syrup like zellusil mps 2 tsp twice daily, continue your ppi inhibitors like pan- d( pantoprazole+ domperidone) for 4-6 weeks before food. Hope I have answered your query. All the best.
