Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Ear After Injury

Hi about 3-4 days ago I was about to jump but instead I hit my ear up against the wall and now very time I eat it really hurts and I cannot lay on the ear sometimes I have to rely on my other ear to hear please help me and my mum said it was bleeding a little

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hitting of the ear against the wall causing pain and bleeding can be due to perforated eardrum that occurs due to sudden traumatic injury to the ear..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and an Otoscopic examination of ear can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case if there is perforation of eardrum and perforation is small then antibiotics, pain relievers and decongestant nasal sprays will be advised..
In case of large perforation surgical repair via Tympanoplasty procedure will be advised..
