Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Eye While Having Sinusitis

this is my 3d attack of sinusitis in 2 months. My left eye is really hurting, I use nasonex on daily basis and wear a mask when I am moving or cutting wood. This attack was brought on by sawing finished cedar. I wore a mask and came straight in and rinsed my nose and took a shower. I have breathed steam, and the only minor help I get Is Excedrin Migrane and it can keep me awake.
