Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Feet

ok it started out that my right foot hurt and sometimes it hurt to walk on it i have not hurt my foot, but then it travels up my leg behind my right knee and now my hip and lower back hurts last night i had trouble sleeping because both legs and my right foot and lower back and hip hurt while i am sitting here typing this my lower back and legs an foot are tingling and numb i have no insurance so that is why i have not been to a doctor what do you think is wrong and what should i do?
