Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Feet

I am 51 year old female...i have been having pains in my left foot..the bone is very tender to the touch and the pain sometimes goes up to my calf area...it is sometimes unbearable to even walk on it...could it be a fracture that i am not aware of of something that needs attention?
