Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Feet

hi i am shaikh mohammedullah need your help. Having lot of pain below my feet. the pain is extreme at night times. i feel burning sensation below my feet and acute pain as if someone piercing needles.

need your help badly or any help whome to consult. i live in kalyan but its possible for me to consult anybody in mumbai.
