Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Fingers After Giving Birth

I am 28 year old, i recentely delivered around one month back. It was a normal delivery.this is my second child before and after deliverey i had a pain in my both hand. i consult with doc they said after 15 day you will get relief. but its pass one month still i have a pain in my handfinger. please advise me what medicene i will take or excersice can do ?
