Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Hand Caused By A Fall

I fell from stairs, while falling I tried to save myself by putting my hands for support. The next days I suffered from severe pain. I put a crept bandage & taken some anangesic for two days. Now the severe pain is gone but it pains when I try to take some weight in my hand or try to press anything eg. clutch of motorbike.
