There can be strong possibility of calcaneal spur, which presents in very similar fashion of symptoms as described above.
Primary relief with: - Immersing leg in lukewarm water added epsom salt 5 minutes each 3 times a day - Wear soft slippers with pad support which provide accupuncture therapy - Avoid prolong standing, tight shoes, walking bare foot - Analgesic medications as ibuprofen or diclofenac - Control of body weight, blood sugar
Consult your primary care for need of an X-ray of the ankle joint with foot for final diagnosis and cure accordingly.
