General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

According to Your description, I am of the opinion that Callus formation has taken due to repeated microtrauma along with sweat and dust causing a local inflammatory reaction at the site.

I would advise Salicylic acid patches to be applied locally along with some benzacaine solution local application. Follow me up after this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
