Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Hip

I noticed after taking a couple of shots of prolia that I experience hip pain. when taking an MRI it showed that I have edema at the bone marrow. Also abdormalities in my right hip at the connection of my femor and pelvis. Would the prolia be the cause?
