Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Hips And Testicles With Erectile Dysfunction

I have been having some pain in my hip/buttocks area. Mostly on the left side. I also have some tenderness in my testicals and when I urinate it feels like someone is squeezing me inside behind my genital area. What could be going on? I also have trouble maintaining an erection sometimes.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Possible causes like arterial occlusive disorder, where the blood supply to lower limb and penis is blocked and leads to symptoms. A CT angiogram has to be taken to confirm the diagnosis.

Once the diagnosis is confirmed, you can consult a vascular surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
