Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Inner Thigh

i've had pain in my inner thigh since last week, it hurts like a bruise but there is no physical sign of bruising. it hurts when i walk, pain sometimes goes down to my calf but only on the right side of my left leg. i cannot recall any injury that would cause this to happen.
